The production process in Mega Metal starts with pouring “A” quality cathode copper in Upcast machine in 8,0 mm in diameter as oxygen-free electrolytic copper stem. Electrolytic copper stem in 8,0 mm diameter is reduced as undressed or blanched mono or multi stemed and put up for sale in direction with customer requests or sent to bending unit for later production stages and put up for sales as bended.

The plant has around 70.000 m2 open space and 22.000 m2 interior. Production is executed over 120 machines and aims to online monitor every stage of the production with TREX DCAS MES. The system will have been integrated with ERP until the end of 2014 and actual operation durations will be recorded in ERP via TREX DCAS. Thus the data will be prepared for cost accounting in ERP.
