Aiming contionus growing and developing in metal cutting sector, Y.S.L OTOMOTIV holds ISO 9001:2008 and ISO / TS 16949:2009 certificates. Since establishment, developing ang growin in metal cutting sector and having a well regarded name, Y.S.L. Otomotiv, started servicing in 2.400 m2 field and totally in 4500 m2 in 3 different shifts since 2008.

Production quantities are online recorded via DCAS MES in workshop frpm over 30 CNCs. Our system is preferred in order to benefit from workshop at maximum level and increase efficiency and production and make a better planning system. Breakdowns, breakdown intervention durations and all machine equipment plannings are done over TREX DCAS.

With TREX DCAS Quality module in accordiance with ISO 16949 standards, process confirmations, final controles and lot tracking will be historically monitored.
