JAPAR was founded in 1986 in order to manifacture sanitary system materials from plastic. JAPAR started the production with reservoir interior valves and within the same year invented and marketed Turkey’s first push buton toilet flush tank. JAPAR continues to grow and made a move to a new and larger plant with 6.000 m2 and in total 15.000 m2 in 2003.

Japar preferred DCAS MES for production management and automation system. Plant will be online monitored in Plastic injection and press lines.

System will be integrated with NETSİS and through ANDON notification screens alerts will be displayed based on machine status.
